Hello there,

I started canary, as a mom of two, with the mission of doing my part to share what I have learned with other moms. During my first pregnancy, I spent those 9 months working tirelessly to prepare our household for the arrival of the baby. Two days after giving birth, I was back at home, surrounded by a baby and tons of baby stuff. Outside of what I snagged from the hospital, I had no idea what I needed to heal. I did not put much thought into what my postpartum recovery would be like and I did not realize in the midst of preparing for the baby, that my own healing and recovery would be just as important.

In canary's postpartum kits you will find the essential items that helped me heal during my postpartum experiences. My hope is that this postpartum recovery kit will give you just a little peace, because you are now equipped with the necessities to start recovery right after birth.
